Several recruiting services report UMass has offered to Danny Thomas, a 6-2 220 pound DE from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

From a March 12th article on Thomas from Scout.com :  "A return visit to Tech is being planned by Thomas. Danny recently visited Auburn and he hopes to visit South Florida and Florida Atlantic. Cincinnati is the current leader for Thomas. “USF and UMass are right behind them.” An offer from Georgia Tech would change Danny’s list. “Tech would become my favorite, my top school.”

Besides UMass, Thomas has offers from eleven other schools including Akron, Western Michigan and Miami (Ohio) from the MAC.
