UMass Football News--October 24th, 2017

Keepers College Football ratings has issued his first power rankings for 2017. UMass is #119 (out of the bottom 10).

His algorithm has UMass as a 4.66 point favorite over Appalachian State.

Vegas Insider has the Mountaineers as a 3.5 point favorite.
